It is recommended that all horses, ponies and donkeys are vaccinated & dewormed regularly. We provide vaccines against equine influenza, tetanus and equine herpes virus. We also offer other vaccines required for specific competition requirements per individual sporting governing bodies.
Resistance to anthelmintics (wormers) is becoming more commonplace, so a targeted and responsible worming protocol established by a vet is recommended. This involves quarterly faecal worm egg counts.
